WORDS…
Words are a unit of language that serves the function as a carrier of a meaning in which they are spoken. Words express ones feelings or emotions or actions through text and vocalization.
Words can hold many different feelings within them & can have many different effects on people. Its quite amazing how your day can be going so well & when the correct words are spoken, your mood & feelings can change depending on your reaction and how much those words have effected you.
Words hurt like hell. They are the most painful thing. Your words can do more damage than any action you could ever do to someone else, Including kill someone. Most people who commit suicide have been verbally abused or hurt. Words can deeply impact a person’s life, especially when they are followed by actions.
Your words are cold. They tear me up inside & cut me deeper then razor blades. Those words you whispered so sweetly in my ear. “I Love You, Forever” Those words no longer hold the same meaning within my life anymore. [Forever: Without ending, Eternally, Permanently, Always] In today’s society “forever” does not last as long as it used to. In my world it does not hold the same meaning as it properly should. (Subject to change) I Do Not believe in the word “forever”. Its just a word, that’s been abused and lost its meaning.
Words can be duplicated and hold different meanings. Creating the same word to mean two different things. Such as the word, “Tear” (1. To pull apart forcefully or violently, usually into more than one piece leaving ragged or rough edges. To rip from.) (2. A watery fluid that flows from the eye as a result of emotion especially grief) Tears are the “words” that your heart cannot speak when it is tear[ed] or torn.
Always be careful what you say, your words can be twisted. Especially when they are in text format your reader may not always know or understand your tone or point of view. when you speak always be careful in the way your words roll of your tong sometimes people can over estimate you and become offended other times you can be underestimated and they will miss the point. Depending on what and how you say it people can think differently of you easily. The way you use your words to make them purposely be twisted can be a good thing and give you control and power, i like to call this influencing. If you know how to do this properly you can get your way threw your words but always be careful not to hurt the other person unless thats your intentions.
Sometimes words are the best medicine. A person can be hurting and grieving and the kindness of a complete stranger saying a few up lifting words can completely give someone a change of heart, mind, attitude and soul. The Kindness and compassion from you individually can potentially save a life life.
Bottom line is think before you use your words, in what ever way you use them. You dont always know the kind of day someone has had, and your words hold a lot of meaning and power. Always be careful & thoughtful with them, before and after using them. Whats said is said & you cant change that, just as you cannot change the past. You can learn from it & look forward to the future & prevent your self from making those same mistakes or choices of words as you did in the past.
